He Jiangang, executive vice president of the Association, pointed out in the 2017 work report of the association that nearly 40 dry-mixed mortar production lines have been built in the province, with a capacity of 12 million tons. A total of 2.8 million tons of dry mixed mortar were produced and sold throughout the year, double that of 2016, of which 1.7 million tons were produced and sold in Changsha, three times that of 2016. Ready-mixed mortar has been promoted by the policy to consciously accept the leap, showing the strong development momentum of the ready-mixed mortar industry. At present, six enterprises in the province have passed the provincial laboratory certification, and three enterprises have passed the Hunan Green building materials logo, especially Hunan Renjian took the lead in passing the Hunan Green building materials logo certification in 2017, becoming the first two-star green building materials logo ready-mixed mortar enterprise in our province. In order to strengthen quality management and do a good job in after-sales service, the association will hold skills training for laboratory personnel in early June and urge enterprises to do a good job and improve the "ready-mixed mortar industry information management platform". At the same time, in order to better improve the level of after-sales service, mortar tank companies will be urged to implement centralized management, unified deployment and paid use of mobile mortar tanks.
Hunan Shunxin, Hunan Renjian and other six enterprises made experience exchange speeches at the meeting, and conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on the declaration of "green building materials identification", strengthening detailed management, ensuring product quality, building qualified laboratories, and developing markets.
The meeting was a complete success, and the association well interpreted the role of "bridge" between the government and enterprises, so that the government understood the development status and problems of mortar enterprises. The participants exchanged and learned from each other, and made great contributions to promoting the healthy development of the mortar association.
