一、Product Introduction

三、Main characteristics

四、Application scope

◎Backfilling of narrow spaces next to structures such as foundation pits, retaining walls, abutments, culverts, and cushion layers;

◎ Roadbeds and subgrades (middle and lower base layers) of various levels of roads. Functional layer, etc;  

◎ Backfilling of natural and artificial caves such as mines, caves, and underground goafs;

◎ Backfilling of municipal pipeline network and pipe gallery trenches, industrial and civil fertilizer troughs;

◎High embankment (similar to high fill engineering).

五、Precautions

Before using coal gangue, pre-treatment should be carried out to remove impurities and large particles larger than 15mm. Overloaded gangue should be crushed before use. The organic matter content shall not exceed 5% and shall not be mixed with toxic and harmful substances;

The physical indicators of the solidifying agent should meet the requirements of CJ/T 486 "Soil Solidification Admixtures". Process indicators: The flowability, initial setting time, and final setting time of the slurry should meet the requirements of relevant specifications; Before using other additives, adaptability tests should be conducted to confirm their effectiveness;

The performance indicators such as compressive strength of solidified soil, wet density of the mixture, and flow expansion should be determined according to the design and construction requirements of the filling project;

The compressive strength target value set for mix design should not be less than 1.2 times the design strength value;

The solidification filling mix ratio used for the first time should be evaluated upon opening.

六、Usage and application

Use excavators and engineering transport vehicles to excavate and transport to the mixing yard;

Pre mixed crushing and curing agent: A large-scale continuous filling crushing and mixing machine is used for crushing and mixing, while adding curing agent. The mixing time is about 3-5 minutes;

The mixed fluid slurry is transported and filled using a large filling pump in an integrated machine, with a filling distance of up to 3 kilometers and a maximum filling speed of 100 cubic meters per hour. Combined with appropriate vibration, the quality is better;

A pre mixed mixing plant can be established and transported by concrete tankers;

The strength of solidification filling testing meets the design requirements;

Under normal storage conditions, the storage period is 90 days. If it exceeds 90 days, it must be verified through testing before use.

This product is based on the standard CJ/T 486-2015 "Soil Consolidation Admixtures"
