一、Product Introduction

四、Application scope

◎ Backfilling of narrow spaces next to structures such as foundation pits, retaining walls, abutments, culverts, and cushion layers;

◎ Pile soil composite foundation;  

◎ Soft soil foundation and compacted fill foundation;

◎ Backfilling of natural and artificial caves such as mines, caves, and underground goafs;

◎ Backfilling of municipal pipeline network and pipe gallery trenches, industrial and civil fertilizer troughs;

◎ High embankment (similar to high fill engineering).

五、Mix proportion

Pre treatment should be carried out before soil use to remove debris and large particles of soil (stone) with a particle size greater than 26.5 mm. Oversized soil materials should be used after crushing. The organic matter content shall not exceed 5% and shall not be mixed with toxic and harmful substances;

The physical indicators of the curing agent should meet the requirements of CJ/T 526 "Soft Soil Curing Agent". Process indicators: The flowability, initial setting time, and final setting time of the slurry should meet the requirements of relevant specifications; Before using other additives, adaptability tests should be conducted to confirm their effectiveness;

The performance indicators such as compressive strength, wet density of the mixture, and flow expansion of fluidized solidified soil should be determined according to the design and construction requirements of the filling project;

The target value for compressive strength of fluidized solidified soil in mix design should not be less than 1.2-1.3 times the design strength value;

The mix proportion of fluidized solidified soil used for the first time should be evaluated upon opening.


六、Usage and application

Excavation: Excavate and transport the soil to the mixing yard using excavators and engineering transport vehicles;

Pre mixed crushing and curing agent: A large-scale continuous filling crushing and mixing machine is used for crushing and mixing, while adding curing agent. The mixing time is about 3-5 minutes;

◎ Flow state solidified soil filling and pouring: The mixed flow state solidified soil is transported and filled using a large filling pump in an integrated machine, with a filling distance of up to 3km and a maximum filling speed of up to 100 cubic meters per hour. Combined with appropriate vibration, the quality is better;

A pre mixed mixing plant can be established and transported by concrete tankers;

◎ Testing of solidified soil (strength meets design requirements, compactness ≥ 97%);

Under normal storage conditions, the storage period is 90 days. If it exceeds 90 days, it must be verified through testing before use.
