六、Usage and application
Preparation: During construction, add clean water to the powder and mix thoroughly with an electric mixer until there are no undissolved particles or clumps;
Suggested mix ratio (water to material ratio) Interface agent: water=1:0.3-0.6;
Spraying: According to the actual needs of the project, brushing tools can be used to evenly coat the interface, or spraying equipment can be selected to spray to the construction interface;
The prepared adhesive should be used up within 30 minutes each time (shortened high-temperature use time); The construction connection of the next process should be controlled within 2-12 hours;
Dosage: Recommended dosage: 1.5kg or more per square meter;
The construction temperature should be above 5 ℃ and should not be carried out in the presence of water or frozen ice;
If there is layering after standing, it can be thoroughly mixed before use. If layering still occurs after mixing, the use should be stopped and the technical department of our company should be contacted;
Before each use, a small amount of stirred sample should be taken and left to stand for observation to see if any abnormal phenomena (bursting) occur. If there is any abnormality, the use should be stopped immediately and the technical department of our company should be contacted;
During construction, the base layer should be cleaned to keep it flat, clean, and free of dirt. After construction, it should be promptly washed with water.
