四、Application scope
Applied to the repair of sand, exposed stones, and rough surfaces on airport runways, highways, bridges, and other surfaces based on cement concrete or cement mortar, but cannot be used to fill cracks larger than 0.015mm for sealing.
五、Usage
Spray coating: Generally, spray twice. The first coat is sprayed at a rate of 1kg/㎡, and the second coat is sprayed after the surface of the cement concrete is dry, with a rate of 0.5kg/m2. Be careful not to pile up during spraying, and clean up promptly if there is any pile up;
Maintenance: Within 24 hours of spraying, ensure that the construction surface is not exposed to rainwater. If the construction surface is wet by rainwater, it needs to be repainted;
Road surface cleaning: After the maintenance period is over, use cleaning tools to sprinkle water to clean the debris on the road surface.
六、Precautions and Applications
The product is alkaline;
Use plastic drums for packaging, usually 25kg/drum or 240kg/drum, and the storage environment temperature should be kept above 5 ℃;
Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life is 5 years. If the shelf life exceeds this limit, sampling and testing must be conducted.
