四、Application scope
Rapid repair of airport runways and highway concrete pavements;
Rapid repair of high-speed rail and highway bridges;
Rapid repair of military port and dock construction facilities;

五、Usage
Before construction, ensure that the construction base in the construction area is solid, clean, free of oil stains, floating dust, loose objects, and other stains;
Use mechanical or manual methods to chisel and groove the construction base surface, and rinse the construction base surface clean with water;
Apply two coats of penetrating interface agent, and the interface agent layer should penetrate and absorb into the base layer to be constructed, achieving semi dry and non accumulating shell formation;
Mix the mortar slurry according to the recommended water to material ratio of 1:0.14-0.16. When mechanically mixing, the mixing time should be 5-6 minutes;
Fill the repair area with scraper, small shovel, and plaster;
Use plaster to compact and level from the center to the edge of the repair area;
Wet and cover with geotextile in a timely manner during final setting.
六、Precautions
During summer construction, the mortar should be protected from direct sunlight and covered with a damp geotextile for moisture retention and curing; During winter, attention should be paid to insulation and maintenance. Hot water mixing and covering with rock wool blankets can be used for insulation. Construction cannot be carried out on rainy days or when the temperature is below 5 ℃ and the wind speed is above level 5;
Storage: Store in a dry and cool place, ensure ventilation, and avoid direct sunlight;
Under normal storage conditions, the storage period is 90 days. If it exceeds 90 days, it must be verified through testing before use.
