一、Product Introduction

Moreover, the strength still increases in the later stage, and after repair, it can effectively extend the service life of concrete structures.

二、Main characteristics

Single component, simply mix with water to quickly repair damaged parts of concrete structures;

Quick drying, usually takes 50-60 minutes to solidify and 2-4 hours to put into use;

Good fluidity, can self level when used on the surface of concrete structures, without the need for vibration;

Good bonding strength, with a bonding strength greater than 1.65MPa after 4 hours and greater than 2.5MPa after 24 hours;

High early strength, with a 4-hour flexural strength of 6.5MPa and a compressive strength of 30MPa; 24-hour flexural strength greater than 10MPa, compressive strength greater than 50MPa;

Extremely low drying shrinkage rate, with the addition of high-strength toughening components, resulting in good anti cracking performance;

四、Application scope

Used for rapid repair and reinforcement of various highways, tunnels, bridges, roads, and wartime airport runways, it can quickly restore the strength and integrity of damaged structures.

五、Precautions

After the initial setting of the mixed repair mortar, it cannot be reused;

After construction, the equipment should be promptly cleaned with water for future use;

Do not use it when the temperature is below 5 ℃; Do not use in unstable cracks or areas with visible water;

六、Usage and application

Surface treatment: Remove the concrete surface layer or other material surface layer of the area to be repaired, and the depth of removal should be based on the new concrete stubble (if encountering steel bars, remove them to 10mm behind the steel bars, and apply cement-based steel bar rust inhibitor on the exposed steel bars. After the surface of the steel bar rust inhibitor dries, repair construction can be carried out). Remove all debris, dust, oil stains, alkali, paint, floating slurry, etc. from the substrate, and fix loose steel bars to ensure that the substrate is clean and stable. The boundary of the removed part should be a right angle and should be as square as possible to avoid affecting the operation process and the aesthetic appearance after completion. Before construction, water should be sprayed on the surface of the removed area, with the amount of water completely wetting the substrate to achieve a saturated surface dry state. If it is necessary to improve the interfacial adhesion, concrete interface agents can be used.

Mixing: Add water with a ratio of 100:13-15 to a clean container, then slowly add it to a bag of quick repair mortar. Use an electric tool to mix quickly for about 3 minutes until a uniform and good mixture is obtained. The standard is that the powder is completely wetted and evenly dispersed. Remember to dilute excessively, as it may affect the workability. Do not prepare too much material at once, it should be used up within 30 minutes. Hollow repair can be done by adding graded crushed stone in a mass ratio of 1:1.5 to 2.5.

Construction: Fill the repaired area with the mixed repair material using construction tools such as scraper, shovel, or trowel. Use a trowel to repair from the center to the edge of the repair area, making it consistent with the original structural surface. As the repair mortar hardens, use a trowel to hang and smooth the repair mortar layer.

Maintenance: Under normal circumstances, after the material hardens, the surface of the repair layer should be kept moist and cured for 1 day. In hot (climate above 30 ℃), dry, and windy weather conditions, it is necessary to water and maintain in a timely manner or cover with damp burlap sheets, which are then covered with thick polyethylene plastic film.
