Limited by the site and construction environment, the work surface is small, so large construction equipment can not enter, coupled with serious damage to the concrete structure of the tunnel dome, Xuefengshan tunnel rescue and repair project encountered material and technical problems, so Ren Jianbao Gu was appointed at the moment of crisis, with the factory director Fan Dali as the general person in charge, immediately held a meeting to formulate the emergency repair plan of the construction section within the scope. Organized the technical center personnel to set up a construction team from Changsha, to provide special high-performance mortar and construction technology for the tunnel dome concrete structure reinforcement project, and timely and effectively completed the rescue task of our company.
In order to ensure the successful completion of the repair work, the construction team is directly stationed at the project site and is ready for 24-hour shift repair. Factory director Fan Dali made a mobilization speech: "Xuefengshan Tunnel is to promote economic and trade exchanges in China's eastern and western provinces, help the local social and economic development and the people out of poverty and get rich. The emergency repair team of Renjianbaogu project should go all out to speed up the progress of emergency reinforcement under the premise of ensuring the quality and safety of the project, unite and race against the clock to do the emergency repair work, and strive to complete the emergency repair earlier and open to traffic as soon as possible."
At the same time, the preparation work arrangement is issued: one group first builds the construction frame, two groups arrange equipment and materials, three groups prepare construction equipment (such as hard hats, reflective vests, etc.), and four groups supervise safety. After the formal construction is ready, the first, second and third groups shall be combined and uniformly follow the construction arrangement, and the fourth group shall continue to supervise the safety and construction progress and report the relevant work regularly. The construction crew went to work immediately after clearly understanding their job duties and safety details.
Xuefengshan tunnel light is poor, although the use of lighting in the construction, but still insufficient, the site became muddy and wet due to construction, and the tunnel is too long, the air is not smooth, every team members from the construction line are not afraid of difficulties, meet the difficulties, and complete the task on time and quality.
