二、Main features
The outer protective layer used for steel structures of offshore oil platforms can significantly improve the service life of components in water level fluctuation zones;
High early strength, with a compressive strength of 35MPa after 24 hours, ≥ 150MPa after 28 days, and a flexural strength of 18MPa;
Good adhesion, 28d ≥ 2.0MPa;

五、Usage and application
Surface treatment: Clean the foundation surface and ensure that there are no debris such as crushed stones, floating slurry, dust, oil stains, and release agents. Apply and spray special interface agent on the foundation surface before construction;
Determine the construction method: Based on the actual situation of the construction, manual injection or spraying methods can be used. Spray (UHPC) dry mix has good thixotropic properties and can be manually sprayed or sprayed with intelligent robotic arms;
Slurry mixing: Add clean water in a clean container according to a material to water ratio of 100:8-10, then slowly add the dry mixture and stir with a forced mixer until a uniform and good mixture is obtained. Avoid excessive dilution, as it may affect the workability. Do not prepare too much material at once, and use it up within 45 minutes;
Construction: using manual pouring or mechanical pouring for construction;
Maintenance: After initial setting, spray water to moisturize and maintain, or use spray special maintenance agents or film coating maintenance;
Under normal storage conditions, the storage period is 90 days. If it exceeds 90 days, it must be verified through testing before use.
